Yes, all of our residents either create, or are provided a code that allows access to our 24/7 Fitness center as well as the pool.
Are amenities secured and accessible by residents only?
While the pool and 24/7 Fitness center are secured via a code, other amenities like the dog park, basketball court, and car washing station are not.

Yes, our community does have a Cyber Café. It is open during our regular office business hours. Mon - Fri 9-6 and Saturdays 9-5.

Can I reserve the clubhouse for private use?
The clubhouse is not reservable.

We do not have a laundry facility, all of our apartments come eqiupped with full size washers and dryers.
What other resident amenities does your community offer?
Our community has a Cyber Café, 24/7 fitness center, pool, car washing station, basketball court, and a bark park for your furry friends.
Does community offer high-speed internet and co-working spaces for remote workers?
Our community does not offer a specific internet provider, however, the clubhouse and Cyber Café do have a guest wifi available for use. The area's most common providers are Spectrum, Xfinity, and AT&T.
Are there shared workspaces or meeting rooms available?
We have a Cyber Café available during regular office hours.
Do common spaces have high-speed internet?
Yes, all of our residents are allowed access to our guest wifi in the fitness center, resident clubhouse, as well as our cyber café.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Packages are delivered straight to our residents door.

Deliveries are sent directly to residents doors.
Do you offer outdoor grilling areas for residents?
Yes, our pool area has a charcoal and gas grill available for use.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Our community does offer a designated recycling dumpster.
Are concierge services available?
We do not offer conceirge trash services. We have multiple dumpsters available for use throughout the property.
What types of concierge or front desk services are offered?

What kind of resident social events and community gatherings are hosted at the community?
We offer large mix of resident events throughout the year. We typically host 3 a month, dependant on the weather and holidays.In the past we have hosted chocolate fountains, window bingo, scavenger hunts, pool parties, and more.
Do you have a convenience mini-mart or vending machines for residents?
While we don't have a mini-mart, we offer a complimentary 24/7 coffee bar and refreshment station in our resident lounge. For anything else you need, we are conveniently located within a 5-minute drive of Kroger.
Do you have outdoor green space like courtyard, walking paths, etc.?
We have a pond centrally located with shaded areas and benches. We are also in walking distance to Washington Township Park with plenty of walking trails as well as a splash pad.
Do you have DIY space or studio space?
No.
Is there a dedicated dog park or pet wash station on-site?
Yes, we have large Bark Park with agility equipment as well as designated pet waste stations scattered around the property.
Does the community have a pool and if so what are the hours of operation?
Yes, our pool is open from 9am-10pm, weather permitting.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. All smoking must take place at least 15 feet away from any building.

2 pets per apartment, aggressive breed restrictions, $30 monthly pet rent per pet, and a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Yes, we offer both open surface parking for guests and reserved covered carports for residents for a small monthly fee.
Is parking assigned or open?
Our parking is open, however we do offer covered parking for a small monthly fee.

We offer attached garages as well as covered parking.
What is your policy on guests staying overnight?
Guests are allowed to stay overnight with our residents.

Yes, our communities quiet hours range from 10pm to 6am.

Our community is not local to any transportation routes. The area does offer availability for Lyft or Uber transportation.

The only public transit located near-by would be ride-share apps like Lyft and Uber.
How walkable/bikeable is the community?
We are centrally located in between the town of Avon and Danville, with a walk score of 37/100 and biking score of 39/100, Meaning, there are some destinations that are close, such as a Kroger and a Gas Station. The most preferred method of trnasportation would be a vehicle.

Our communities walk score is a 37/100 and our biking score is a 39/100. Meaning there are some destinations that are in close relation, however a vehicle would be the most optimal method of trnasportation.

We are located near Avon Townhall which has a large playground as well as a large Frisbee Golf Course. We are also in close proximity to Washington Township park which is known for its walking trails and free splash pad.
Are there grocery stores or shopping centers nearby?
Washington Quarters is located less than 2 minutes away from Kroger as well as a small shopping center. We are located right off of US-36 and a short trip to I-465 or Ronald Regan.
What are the closest options for groceries and dining?
Washington Quarters is located less than 2 minutes away from a Kroger and around 5 minutes away from a Walmart, Target, and many other shopping options.
Does the community have additonal storage outside of the apartment? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Our community does not offer additional dettached storage options, however all of our apartments come with an outdoor storage shed located off of the patio.
Are the apartments furnished?
Our apartments do not come furnished.

We do not offer partially or fully furnished apartments.
Have any recent renovations been done?
Our community does offer a range of renovation types with renovations consisting of vinyl flooring, appliances, as well as cabinet and countertop colors, and light fixtures.
When were these apartments built?
Our community was built in 1999 and offically opened for business in 2000.
Are elevators available for resident use?
Our community does not offer elevators. Our buildings are all 2 story "garden" style apartments with a single flight of stairs to 2nd floor apartments.
Is additional storage available inside or outside the apartment?
We offer additional storage spaces on the interior and exterior of every apartment. On the interior, we offer a linen closet, and hall closet as well as storage options in the laundry rooms. On the exterior, all of our apartment homes have a large outdoor storage shed located off the patio.
Do apartments have ceiling fans?
Our upgraded aparment homes have ceiling fans in the living room.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Most of our apartment homes have Vinyl flooring throughout and carpet in the living room, however some of our classic apartment homes have carpet throughtout and laminate in the "wet" areas.
Do apartments include in-home laundry or access to shared laundry?
All of our apartment homes come equipped with full size washers and dryers.
Are the in-unit washers and dryers full-size, frontload, or stackable?
Our washers and dryers are full sized.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
Our kitchens come fully equipped with a large fridge/ freezer, and electric oven and stove range, as well as dishwasher and microwave. All of our apartments have a breakfast bar feature, with bar stool seating options.
Is there a disposal installed in the sink?
Yes, all of our apartment homes come with a garbage disposal.
Is a dishwasher included in each apartment?
Yes, all of our apartment homes come with a dishwasher.
